Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms govern your use of the Golden Solutions platform as a reseller/vendor offering services to your own clients. 1. Vendor Responsibilities As a vendor, you are responsible for your own client relationships, support, and billing arrangements, independent of Golden Solutions. 2. White-Label Usage If using white-label features, you agree not to misrepresent the origin of the underlying technology in a way that violates Meta/WhatsApp policies. 3. Compliance Vendors must ensure their clients comply with WhatsApp Business API policies, including opt-in requirements and anti-spam regulations. 4. Payments Vendors are responsible for timely payment of subscription/credit fees to Golden Solutions as per the agreed plan. 5. Prohibited Activities Vendors may not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable law or Meta policy. 6. Account Suspension Golden Solutions reserves the right to suspend vendor accounts found in violation of these terms, WhatsApp policies, or engaged in abusive practices. 7. Liability Golden Solutions is not liable for disputes between vendors and their end clients. Vendors assume full responsibility for their business dealings. 8. Changes to Terms These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform as a vendor constitutes acceptance of any changes. 9.
